The service is excellent, and the houses are well-equipped with a washing machine, shower, toilet, TV, sofa/table/kitchen/dining area, and the most beautiful views of the harbor/sea/Disco Island. The view of the sunset is very beautiful, and the unique nature is something I truly love.

I’ve stayed at Mikami Guest House in Qasigiannguit for two Summers, and my experience has been excellent. Laila and her team are kind and responsive, and the house is cozy, clean, and well-equipped. It was a perfect base for our fieldwork, and Laila was always accommodating. Qasigiannguit is beautiful and peaceful, and Mikami made our stay even better. Highly recommended!

The research team and I spent a night at Mikami Guest House 3 during a scientific field campaign in the area and Laila's welcome was very warm and the amenities very comfortable! We recommend it!

I always have a wonderful time in Qasigiannguit and I will keep on coming back for shure. There is so much love, attention and thought put into the houses and everyone of them has something very special. On top of that, this is one of the places where I really feel welcome. The family are amazing hosts that genuinely love, love, love their town, the beautiful nature and the inuit way of living and will make sure, that this love reaches your heart as well.
